We, at MeowPrints, make every effort to describe the merchandise as accurate as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you have received from meowprints.com, call us within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise at 425-418-6941 to arrange for a return and refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Customer Service, within 5 business days of receiving your order, we will be happy to arrange for return of the merchandise and a refund (excluding shipping charges). Please note that we cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization Number, any packages without Return Authorization Numbers will be refused.
Refunds will be issued when returned merchandise is received at MeowPrints. Refund is for purchase price only. There will be no refund on shipping charges.
We do not make "exchanges". Returns and new purchases are treated as two separate transactions.
Please examine your order when it arrives for any discrepancies or defects. If there is a problem, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of order. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Items may be returned, providing the following applies:
The item has not been used.
The item is in its original package, which must also be in new condition.
All parts, accessories, warranty cards and instructions are enclosed with the merchandise.
You must have a Return Authorization Number from a customer service representative before sending any merchandise back to us. The RAN must be written on the outside address label of the returned package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization Number, any packages without Return Authorization Numbers will be refused.
Returned merchandise must be received by MeowPrints within 30 days of obtaining a Return Authorization Number.

In the event of damaged items, please save all packaging materials and report damage immediately to the carrier. All shipping damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier and our company notified.
